Tim Barford is the founder and manager of Vegfest UK. Living vegan since 1984, he founded Vegfest, originally called Bristol Vegan Fayre, in 2003. Vegfest UK now hosts four vegan festivals in the UK annually, attracting more than ten thousand visitors to each event.
